I went to download an online owners manual at Linksys for my router in PDF form but when I opened it in Adobe Reader the text was clear but all the pic examples were so blurry you couldn't even read them. I'm sure it's the PDF file and not my puter. All other PDF files look fine. Thanks Linksys/Cisco for such great product support....

How can I get either an original CD Manual, ISO or a PDF manual that is legible for the BEFSX41 V2?

Anybody got a copy they can send me?

Have you tried contacting Linksys tech support?

Those are just PDFs.....I just downloaded one to double check and see what you're talking about...it's fine. Do you click on the magnifying glass and then click on the pages until they're large enough for you to see?

What resolution are you running at? Yes they're compressed and initial show at low resolution, but as with PDF files in general, get to the page you wish to read...then click it a few times ot magnify it. Pictures show up nice 'n crisp that way.

As a matter of fact I did and they told me the reason I couldn't read the PDF was because of my computer and to try a diff computer. This is tech support???????

The manual for the older BEFSX41 V1 at Linksys is of horrible quality and I found the V2 manual to be better so I'll just downloaded that since Linksys is of no help. It's not my computer.

I'm no rookie at PDF files. Stone if you can read the text on the interface pics for the V1 PDF manual than you are "super man" they are so fuzzy. When you blow them up to 100% it only gets worse. As I said above I tried the newer V2 manual and it was much better quality you can read them. The text on both PDF's is ok it's the graphics. I found a guy to ftp me the CD so it makes no diff anymore I just hope the CD is of better quality...

    :cheer:
