how to know ac68u hardware revision?

    a local retailer in my area is selling a ac68u @ a cheap price..got no box,on the router back is written as Model:RT-AC68U..now how do i know which version is it?

    I'm personally not aware of any version of this router that wouldn't work w/ either tomato or dd-wrt. I'm not even sure there *is* a different hardware version. The most I've seen is this router repackaged by T-Mobile as the TM-AC1900 (I own four(4) of them), which can be converted into a standard RT-AC68U since it's really just the same hardware but different firmware.

    Maybe not too helpful but my RT-AC68U C1, which doesn't work with Tomato, has a white sticker on the back with hardware version (and firmware version, pin code, mac address, and serial number).
