ok i have 2 wrt54gs routers both are using hyperwrt 1 has a broken antenna thus I'm trying to turn 1 into a hub is there any telnet commands I can use to make 1 wrt54gs with a broken antenna into a hub. I got a cat5 going from port 4 on the working router into the internet port in the broken wrt54gs is this possible. I've tried disabling dhcp on the one that don't have working antenna and making the ip 10.254.128.254 where as my working is 10.254.128.1 ip. btw the antenna is so broke on the broken that the internal bnc is broke from the inside of the connector.

You can configure router to use the remaining antenna. If you use a switch portion of WRT54 you have to plug one of ports 1-4 to one of ports 1-4 on the other side. You loose one of the ports this way. Disable DHCP and configure static IP for the router itself (outside of DHCP range for the first router).

I saw a posting somewhere that it is possible to configure Sveasoft to use internet port as a regular port but this configuration does not work very well.
