i'm using a bash script to forward traffic from port 80 to an external squid proxy (transparent proxying).
It seems that each time pppoe reconnects the iptables config is resetted.
So is there a way to start my script which corrects the iptables settings each time pppoe gets a nwe connection?

I've also some question to this topic. In the Wiki there is a possibility to run a script through nvram variable after startup of the box. Is there also such an possibility in nvram, which runs a script after dial in? Than it would be possible to store the firewall in jffs2 and not the nvram (which has limited capacity). There must be a possibility, because dyndns must also be informed, when the ip-address changes. Any help would be appreciated.

    Best regards
