    Hi all,

I was wondering how one would go about upgrading to wireless drivers 4.158.4.0. I have searched the web far and wide for the Broadcom drivers, and can't find them, even on the Broadcom web-site. I want to do my own builds, and do some experimentation.

I noticed a number of Tomato branches have upgraded to this driver, so how did those projects find the correct driver?

In one of my searches, it appears this driver is in the wrt600n firmware, which I downloaded.

If that is where these drivers come from, how do you know which files to copy on top of the Tomato source files?

How do you know which, if any, nvram variables need to be modified and/or added?

It appears that there is some inside information needed, and the average user does not have access to this information.

    Any help would be appreciated,
    Thanks

You have access to the information because it has been posted by average user. You need knowledge, to be curious, and spend a lot of hour testing as the average user seek in other forum and threads, not information only.

OpenWRT amd Oleg's WL500gP forum are good site to seek for.
