Don't know how. Don't know when. But my NSLU2 with openslug 6.8 isn't working now.
The led status is on. Network led is on and the ip is right (still the old good 192.168.1.77, my gateway is 192.168.1.1).
Can't reach the admin panel trough any browser nor I can see my slug under the lan.
I'm running Linux but it's the same under Windows XP. Even ping or telnet are not working.
Under windows I can see my slug with the Linksys "Eraseall" tool but it's impossibile to complete the process.

This little slug isn't an object for me but (really) a friend of mine: I don't want to consider it dead!

    No way.
Definitely dead. Can't flash it anymore even with Upslug2 under linux. I'm looking for a used one now.
