Hi, if I use Hyperwap firmware, am I still able to use WPA AES like I do now with Linksys original software 2.08? If not.. any of the 3rd party Firmware that can support WPA AES and give me the chance to "change" transmit rate? Regards
Hmmm... As far as I know, no one has released an "aftermarket" firmware for the WAP54G based on the 2.08 Linksys firmware. Im running HyperWAP 1.0 until someone releases something based on 2.08. ...thanks... but I'm not using WAP54G as a repeater but only as AP for a laptop.... I use WPA AES, but I read some posts in this forum and I got suspicious... Regards
