I can't ever see myself turning back, so how do I erase my old firmware?

I found this: "If you upgraded from another firmware, a complete reset is recommended. Go to Administration/Configuration and select "Erase all NVRAM..." after installing Tomato." in FAQ but I can't find (see) "Erase all NVRAM" anywhere. I have a copy of the Linksys firmware saved in my documents anyway. Thank You!

Administration -> Configuration -> Restore Default Configuration -> Erase all data in NVRAM memory (thorough)
