I could use some suggestions on wiring up my network - FIOS

I just picked up a e3000 router and flashed it with tomato and also picked up new cables cat 5e for giga lan (4 pc's on the lan). With fios I need the supplied router connected to get video on demand / tv guide (coax connected to it) my internet comes in via cat cable. That router is a mi424-wr revE

My question is do I want to have the fios supplied router first on my network or put it behind the e3000? I do have another router WRT54G v4 which I could use for wireless bridge if it's suggested the e3000 goes first. I'm very confused on how I should lay this out. I like the idea of running QOS but this is what has me stumped. My speed test results are 30/25Mbps. BUT
If I watch a a tv show from on demand via settop box that pulls 15Mbps, now if I do a speed test I still get the same results of 30/25Mbps. FIOS increases the bandwidth when streaming content to the settop box to 45Mbps total. So would this be a problem with bandwidth settings in QOS?

    Thanks for any insights...
