It's a Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller and under "Speed & Duplex" it's set at Auto. Should I set it at "100Mb Full"? Thank You!

Usually, no. Autodetect is pretty good (though not perfect) at its job. If everything is working properly your network card and router port will negotiate at their fastest common speed which in your case should be 100 Full. You can change it to 100 Full if you like.

I may be drawing a blank here, but I don't think there is an easy way to find out from within Windows what your current speed and duplex is. Tomato doesn't report speed and duplex through the GUI, and your router and/or NIC may display 10 or 100 (usually amber or green) but not duplex.

FWIW, BSD ifconfig commands show two media lines, eg Darwin (Mac OS X):

    media: autoselect status: inactive
    supported media: none autoselect 10baseT/UTP <half-duplex> 10baseT/UTP <full-duplex> 10baseT/UTP <full-duplex,flow-control> 10baseT/UTP <full-duplex,hw-loopback> 100baseTX <half-duplex> 100baseTX <full-duplex> 100baseTX <full-duplex,flow-control> 100baseTX <full-duplex,hw-loopback> 1000baseT <full-duplex> 1000baseT <full-duplex,flow-control> 1000baseT <full-duplex,hw-loopback>
