I need help with identifying the header pins on Netgear WNR3500L router so that I can de-brick it

I have bricked my Netgear WNR3500L by installing the wrong firmware onto it. I've been using a basic router in the mean time, but I really need to get my Netgear working again.

I have bought a USB-TTL serial adaptor from eBay, but I am not sure which pins to use on the router's header pins.

This guide assumes that a particular cable is being used: http://www.myopenrouter.com/article...AR-WNR3500L-Using-A-USB-TTL-Cable-on-Windows/

My USB-TTL adaptor has the following pin layout:

Could anybody tell me which pins I need to use and which pins I need to connect to on the router's serial header?
