I want openwrt and alchemy information

    Hi, Im novate in this, so I have a linksys router and wanna know how I can change the firmware settings from the source code and then compile it. Please help me.....Thanks.

    you dont need the sourcde code to change the settings and usually when one wante information they go and look for it

    both of those firmware versions have official sites which may be easier than asking here for someone to give you an answer

    Not quite sure what your question is exactly 'Anonymous,' but if you are trying to see which firmware you should try out - we're putting together a round up comparison of all the available firmware. It should be done some time next week.

    First question you need to ask is - what features am I looking for? Can the stock firmware be coaxed into doing this with an upgrade to the latest version? If so, you may not want to mess with 3rd party firmware. If there are features you specifically need - let us know and we can probably point you in the right directions.

    If you are looking to write your own customized firmware you'll need to download the source from Linksys which can be found in their GPL Center -
