Increase size of JFFS? (For IPT Parse)

    Hi,

I'm trying to setup IPT Parse on my router (WRT54G v1.1, with Tomato 1.28).

I've enabled JFFS via the Tomato admin, and it has 700Kb free on a 1Mb partition.

However, the IPT Parse binary is 895 Kb (version 1.3.3):

Is there any way to increase the size of the JFFS partition? Or any other way of getting IPT Parse to fit?

    Cheers,
    Victor

You can always try compressing it with UPX. There's no way to increase the size of JFFS, it is automatically as big as the room you have left over (the WRT54G has painfully small storage and no expansion potential).

Didn't know there was a version of ipt-parse that ran on the router - thought it used an offline database. It is a big binary presumably because it includes sqlite3, but the version you link above is higher than that on the 'project' site!

You can always use startup script which wgets it to RAM (/tmp) every startup.
