Alright for some reason my internet connection went down and the only way it came back was to reboot my router.

Now everytime I visit a website or click on a link an error message keeps coming up. This never happened to me before, I would liked to know what this is.

The message looks kind of like this:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer
    stack overflow at line: 1331

Well, when I checked my DSL statistics on my modem's online interface it showed that it recieved 3 upstream errors and 2 CRC errors at the time this happened. On the modem's log files it shows that it really had connection errors, so how can this website cause all that to my connection and disconnect me.

Sounds more like someone was hacking.
