Iodine DNS Tunnel and DNSMasq

I am trying to get Iodine (a dns tunnel) working on my WRT54GL running tomato 1.28. I have portforwarded port 53 to my internal iodine server (ESXi VM) this doesn't seem to be working. I assume the standard DNSMasq service running on port 53 on the router is interfering and there seems to be no way to turn this completely off.

    Questions
Is there anyway to turn off DNSMasq completely, ssh and the command line possibly?

Any other ideas as to why Iodine isn't working?

    Suggestion for future versions
A big old turn DNSMasq off button :)

Input the command "port = 0" in Dnsmasq Custom Configuration box.
