Hi all, I have two ip cameras that I was able to set up on my home network successfully. I set them up by hard wire from my linksys WRT610N then set them up to work wireless. My linksys router is piggy backed from my fios router which I did by changing my linksys IP from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.5.1. The issue I'm having is, I can't access my IP cameras outside of my personal wireless network. I tried forwarding the ports assigned to the cameras and using my public ip with the port, but no luck. I'm thinking of starting the setup process again with the a hardwire from the fios router to see if I can access the cameras then. I have considered using the fios router as a bridge, but I don't want to lose features like on demand and such. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
I found out how to fix the problem. 9 days and not one suggestion. Did I post this in the wrong place?
