IP Traffic Not Displaying

    Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-117 K26 Max (shibby)
    ASUS RT-N12 C1

    After updating this router to the latest shibby above I did a full nvram reset.

    I have formatted and enabled jffs and configured IP Traffic monitoring for a couple of LAN IP addresses, as per the screen shot. When I browse to the router's IP Traffic pages however, I see no stats, as per the second screen shot. None of the IP Traffic pages display any interface, IP address, or traffic.

    In the shell see a file called '/jffs/tomato_rstats_50465d6161f0.gz', created at the moment I saved the settings. After a day and a half of using the two devices, this file has not been updated.

    Have I done something wrong that I'm not seeing the stats for the two hosts that I am attempting to monitor? Can somebody suggest how to get these stats to show up, or how to troubleshoot the problem?

    The real-time graphs only start acquiring data when you view them. To see historical data, try the other subviews: Last 24 hours, Daily, Monthly.

    Also, you should check the "Create New File (reset data)" box when first enabling a new save location.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried all of them, and after two or three days and many views of all of the graphs and tables, all remain blank. I'm not sure why..

    Have you rebooted the router since enabling this feature? When I enabled it it seemed not to work. Rebooted and the IPs came in and graphs developed.

    There is some things to look at:
    - if you have more than 11 ip to display.
    - If you have static ip and not have set Static DHCP/ARP/IPT => Bound to
    - If you have unticked Enable Auto-Discovery => (automatically include new IPs in monitoring as soon as any traffic is detected)

    Yes. I rebooted just now to be sure, and still no graphs or info.

    Just two.

    Done. In fact, I can't edit the "Included IPs" field directly. Only by checking the box in the static IP line does an IP appear in the "Included IPs" box.

    I have tried it both ways. It's currently checked and has been since before the last reboot and multiple viewings of the graph and tables pages.

    Are there any known incompatibilities with IP Traffic monitoring? My config is pretty straightforward with one DHCP WAN and one LAN bridge. The only things that I would consider to be slightly uncommon is that the router is in routing mode (ie, NAT disabled), and RIP is enabled on the WAN. I could try testing with NAT on and RIP off I guess.

    By way of update, I have updated the RT-N12 to Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-119 K26 Max and the IP Traffic pages still display no stats.

    I also have a Netgear WNR-3500Lv1 running shibby's 117 and it has the same problem, no IP traffic stats displayed. The Netgear is on the same network as the ASUS. It also has RIP enabled, but is in gateway mode.
