I was having a ton of connection issues earlier so I reset my modem(Actiontech GT724R) and router(Linksys E2000) and decided to google for info on how to properly configure a Transparent Bridge with my AT&T DSL connection and found Toastman reference this thread:
    http://www.linksysinfo.org/index.php?threads/connection-woes.29919/#post-146344
However this thread is ancient, so I wanted to see if it is truly necessary to change up the modem and router IPs in this manner or if TomatoUSB has since incorporated changes to the point where you simply set the modem in a Transparent Bridge, and then configure PPPoE on the router by placing your user name and password in the appropriate field, setting WINS and modem ip to 192.168.1.1 and subnet to 255.255.255.0?
