Is it possible in dd-wrt to break (delete) the bridge, and use the WRT54GS in routed mode?

    wlan: dhcp (pppoe)
    lan: 192.168.22.xxx
    wifi: 10.64.40.xxx

How can i achieve this, if possible?

thats fairly easy (and i'm actually doing this at home) you need to use brctrl delbr br0
make sure you assign ips to the vlan0 and eth1 otherwise you'll loose your connection to the router...but thats about it...it will route between interfaces automagically...

    Sounds good.

Could you send some commands how to do this?

    e.g. "nvram set ..."

or something similar? I'm not very familiar with these embedded devices ....

you have to do it from a shell, it's just like linux, once you've got the commands you need down (as I gave you) just stick it in your startup script (varies from f/w to f/w)
