Hey everyone, I'm extremely satisfied with my v4.2 WRT54G, but I have a little problem.... I've tried 2 million of proxy programs, and I can't still find a way to hide the ip adress from my adsl connection... Is there any way to change ip or hide it using proxy servers? or any firmware?
    thanks everyone :D

You'd hav to use a service like Anonymizer to route your requests. That's nothing firmware can do for you, you just have to sign up for an account with Anonymizer and they will make requests by proxy for you. Of course, Anonymizer will still need your IP address themselves, and this will likely only work for web browsing and basic services, not for IM or P2P.

If you want to use IP, you need to tell the remote server where to send the results back to when you make a request. That means you have to send your IP address, or the remote server has NO way to know how to get the data back to you.
