My BEFSR41 has this feature...why doesn't this model?
There isnt a real use for it, but if you really wish to use upnp forwarding. WinXP with the proper services can detect upnp gateway. You can just forward the port at the "Network Connection" window.
Actually, there are a number of uses for this. uPnP devices like XBox live adapters, PS2's and even inside client workstations can all benefit from the uPnP framework.

The uPnP forwarding page lets you set port forwarding that is visible/editable by uPnP hosts as well as view which ports have been opened up by them. This feature is in my Linksys WRV54G, which uses the official Linksys firmware. I haven't used the official firmware for quite a while on my WRT54GS, so am uncertain whether this feature has ever been in it. My Netgear WGT624 also has this feature.
