Issues configuring WRV200 with RV082

I've posted on here before with just configuring the RV082 with client machines... and tried to configure the windows xp clients to support L2TP... didn't go well... So I decided to go back to the client and ask them to fork out a bit more $green$ to purchase new routers for the satellite locations. We decided on the WRV200.

I am now configuring them on a disconnected backbone that emulates the "internet"...

    RV082 > 10.11.12.2/255.255.255.0 (internal: 192.168.0.x/255.255.255.0)
    WRV200 > 10.11.12.3/255.255.255.0 (internal: 192.168.1.x/255.255.255.0)

and configured the tunnel so that all settings for the tunnel are exact. I can now ping from the RV082 machine to the WRV200 machine, but not vica versa. I could only get this to work however, if I switched the WRV200 to be a Router instead of a Gateway.

Am I running into this issue due to the fact that I'm running a local network, with two internal networks attached? (local network plugged into internet ports, then 2 networks from each of the routers, each hitting a single computer.) Wasn't sure how else to test in the "lab".

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
