I"ve been reading for a couple of weeks now and I just don't get it. I have a linksys BEFW-11S4-v4, it is connected to my cable modem and to pc#1. Pc #2 has wireless G pci adapter witch connects to BEFW-11S4 wirelessly. It does not have the greatest signal. I have a linksys WRT54GSv5 with DD-WRTV23 SP3 firmware installed on it. I was wondering if I could hook it up to pc#2 and pull wireless signal from the BEFW-11S4. I think it can be done but from all the reading I done I just can't figure it out. Could someone please point me to some good reads on this or point me in the right direction. Thank-You hutchman:confused:

Mastec thanks for the reply. On the router with DD-WRT firmware connected to pc#2, when I go to wireless basic settings and click on client bridge. I don't have the opition to set the channel and ssid. When I go to the status-wireless and click site survey It does not show any mac address.

Do you have DHCP disabled and Assign WAN port to switch checked on the Setup/Basic Setup Subtab? You should see channel and ssid unless the install was corrupted
