Limit wireless speeds

I've looked around google for help on this with the Tomato firmware but I haven't found a clear answer. I did see some that helped me set up a few setting in "QoS", but I wasn't able to get it to work.
I have the Linksys WRT54GL 1.1 with the Tomato Version 1.28 firmware.

I have 3 Wired connections (2 computers, 1 tv) and 5~ wireless connections. 3 Laptops and 2 phones.
I want to limit the wireless bandwidth speeds because streaming causes the rest of the wired computers to become slow and lag when playing games or just browsing through the internet.

My average speeds with speedtest.net are:
    18252kbps - 887kbps
    13869kbps - 763kbps
    26799kbps - 965kbps
    23128kbps - 941kbps

I want to limit the wireless speed to have only about 2-5 Mbps download and .20 Mbps with upload.

Here is the screenshots of what I have tried to set up in the QoS so far. It hasn't seem to work yet though; might be something wrong.

You are using a very outdated Tomato version. Please choose a recent Toastman build. Please remember erasing your NVRAM. Then enable QoS, enter your bandwidth values and don't change anything else. The QoS-setup you have is pretty screwed up.

If you don't need anything special, choose the Std-build: http://linksysinfo.org/index.php?threads/toastman-releases.36106/
