Linking 2 local sites with 2 rv042's

I currently have 5 RV042's all on different subnets, and different internet providers, linked with VPN's between the sites.

I need to put a 6th site in, but it will be locally connected to the main site via fiber. Would I be correct in that I do not need to make it a VPN site, since it is traveling over fiber and not the internet?

The only problem is, if we bridge the 2 lan's together, they need to be on seperate subnets, and the dhcp servers would mix together, resulting in a big mess. How do I keep the dhcp servers of each rv042 to their own subnet, and not have them give leases out to both networks (subnets)

    Any help is appreciated.
