Linksys BEFSR4, internet speed slows down, need help!

I have a Linksys BEFSR41, connected directly to the internet via a 100mbit fiber connection. I have two computers connected to the router, one linux server that is set to be DMZ, and one windows xp computer that is on a static ip.

Everything works fine for a couple of days, then i all of a sudden get like 100-200 k/s speeds from reliable sources, until i unplug one of the computers tp-cable, then the speed goes up to full 100mbit speed again. If i put the cable back into one of the computers the speed is full on both of them again, for a couple of days, then i have to unplug one of them again.

Why is this happening? Is there some sort of buffert in the router that needs to be cleaned. Kinda sucks having to pull one of the cables every 2-3 days, there must be some setting in the router so that both computers have their full speed all the time?
