I am running Tomato Firmware v1.28.0500 MIPSR2Toastman-RT-N K26 VLAN-Mini on a Linksys e1000 and have set up 2- SSIDS (my personal network and a guest network). All was functioning well until I tried to add Qos Bandwidth Limiting to the guest net....after a few minutes, the wireless internet shuts down, but both SSIDs are still being broadcast. This occurs with or without any devices actually listed in the bandwidth table. The wifi cuts out for both networks at which point previously connected devices cannot reconnect. On a reboot, Wifi will resume but it will disappear again within 10 minutes. Not a pro here, so don't know how to trap the exact trigger for the problem. qoS in the Basic Settings window can be activated without a is only when you try to use the Bandwidth Limiter. One other issue... the guest network ( cannot be listed in the bandwidth table by using its LAN address range (complains address is outside range of router) or by the virtual MAC given to the network in Status window. Appreciate any possible solutions/work arounds that I might use.
