Linksys NetCheck Utility

    Any plans on Linksys getting this thing to work :lol: or will it go the same way as the modems and routers, filmware, etc,.. also any plans on other browser other then IE being able to access this. I haven't used IE for several years and don't plan on it anytime soon! Opera 7.5 all the way!

    I suspect that this will be another unfinished effort...soon to be forgotten.....I would prefer that they fix the FW and then enhance it...

    Oh well...don't blame the engineers...it is the damn managers.

    I tried it and it works perfect,it gives me info on my computer ,try installing it again maybe it didnt set up right the first time.

    I reinstralled it on 3 machines...gives the wrong IP on the machine....only maps the one machine and not the rest that have linksys NIC's that are on the network which consists of 3 WRT54G's.....only one shows up...

    work in progress...and Engineering time is better spent on fixing the FW issues.

    To date, NetCheck only supports the following adapters.

    1. WPC11 v.3
    2. WPC11 v.4
    3. WUSB11 v.2.6
    4. WUSB11 v.3
    5. WUSB54G
    6. WPC54G

    Rich, I'm getting the exact same results every time I've run it. It seems to cut off the third digit in the last part of the IP address e.g.
