Hello to all first and thanks a lot for your help!

I have a Linksys SPA-3102 and have the problem that when I am on a VoIP system to dial to the linksys and then picks up the analog device on the other side, that is ok so far, but then I press # to enter the programming mode of the analog device of the other side, a voice says that "I will be further connected?" I guess my Linksys SPA-3102 does not forward the "key hach", so the # (hash key) sign is interpreted by the linksys and NOT forwarded to the next analog device on the other side? How can I use the Linksys SPA-3102 or probably the "dial plan", or where to adjust, so that the hash key continues through to the analog device on the other side and will not interpret by the linksys?
I hope I asked this question ok, if not, please ask me again.

    THANK YOU!
    Jerome

PS: I am sorry about my english!
