Guys, Just spent the last 2 months dealing with LinkSys technical support. We had a problem where UPS lost the product so we have a conference call with UPS and when asked for LinkSys RMA department the technical advisor said "I don't know it" After two months of speaking to them each day, their technical support departments are in the PAs and India and they then have to contact the America technical support to do anything so a total waste of time talking to them. This little issue has cost my company Â£700 as we have had to install a new router (NOT LINKSYS) for free. If you are a business user then I recommend NOT using Linksys routers because if they go wrong it could take you a very long time to get a replacement. If you are a home user then it is up to you but I am advising no one to use there products as when they go wrong you might as well just write the product off. When asked about compensation they said they could do nothing about it. Anyway thought I would share this with you guys as I don't want anyone to go through what I went through.
