    :confused::confused::mad:

    Hey for about 2 days now i have been trying to connect the two...
    I have searched the board and have found some helpfull threads like this
    http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showthread.php?t=47118

    but thats for two Linksys routers...

    I am trying to use a Linksys WRT54G as the main router and then the DIR-600 as the secondary router, the DIR-600 taking the signal from the Linksys. I have made the DIR-600 as an Accesspoint.
    From reading some of the threads i would need to make the SSID the same on both routers and same security settings. My problem now is linking the DIR-600 to the Linksys WRT54G. I tried advanced routing but i'm confused as to what Ip i should put in...

    Can somebody help me please????:confused::mad:

    We need more info I believe before anyone will try and help. Are you connected the d-link wireless or wired? Are you using stock firmware on the Linksys?

    Does your d-link offer wireless client mode? do you want devices connected to the d-link to share the same subnet as devices on the WRT54G?

    Okay so what you want to use is client bridge mode but you need to know if the d-link supports it (this assumes your wrt54gs is you gateway router).

    There are no instructions as it was a suggestion that you should look to see if it has client bridge mode available for connection type on the d-link.
