Hi guys, I've been having many issues with my router. It'll crash fairly often - 30 min to 4 days.

The router is a WRT54G-L v1.1 with Tomato 1.20 (was using 1.19 previously). I'm using shaw extreme (about 1.2 megs a second when maxed out, 120 k up). I've got the router on a surge protector (as ive heard the power supplies on these things are flaky). The router is wired directly to my PC and my modem. The modem is a Motorola SB5101. The nic is a D-Link DL10050. I'm running windows XP sp2.

I do a fair amount of downloading via bit torrent. Crashes seem to be worse when I limit the upload (to help maximize download speeds). I also have Wii that connects every 5 minutes (wii connect 24).

    I'm using utorrent:

    Max Global connections - 600
Max Connections per torrent - 200

I've played around a fair bit with my timeout settings as well as my max connections on the router, nothing seems to help.

some screen grabs of my settings:

I've searched this forum and google for a few months now but to no avail. Any suggestions would be great.
