Hi, I needed a wireless router for my new laptop, so I went and purchased this one (39.99) since my old wired linksys router was so reliable for me for the past 5 years. What a bad decision it was! I'm not a computer-dummy, but I just spent 5 hours trying to get Port Forwarding right, and it still doesn't work... I'm now thinking that it's my router that doesn't work. I looked up my computer name from DHCP table I went to the Port Forwarding page, put down the ports to be opened, put my IP, enabled it, saved it. Guess what? It still doesn't work! I was trying to open 4662 and 4672 for EMule. I changed the ports, and it doesn't work! I tried all kinds of different security settings, and it doesn't work! I upgraded the firmware to the latest, and still doesn'tw ork! It can't be any AV/Firewall (I don't even think I have any) since my old Linksys used to work fine! Also, this might also be due to my router, but when I play Warcraft 3, I keep getting random disconnects from Battle net server (usually after 20 minutes since I start playing a game), even though i'm still connected to the Internet. Can someone help me with Port Forwarding??? I mean... I tried everything! Does port forwarding work for other people with V6? Also the issue with Warcraft 3, am I the only one? Please don't tell me to return it, because I just cut the UPC code and sent it for a mail-in rebates... any help is appreciated.
