Go for Toastman's firmware. You can never go wrong.

Try this (You need to make an account with 4shared for you to be able to get the file).

Yes you can directly switch from DD-WRT/Stock firmware.

Just make sure you set a STATIC IP to your computer first before you do the flash. Toastman builds has the DHCP disabled by default. Rule of thumb, always set to clear NVRAM, each and every flash. Goodluck!

i successfully upgraded to the file you supplied but can't connect to 192.168.1.1 anymore
did 30x30x30 sec reboot a few times, no luck

Did you set up a static IP on your PC?

I learned this the hard way the first time I flashed my friend's Netgear WNR2000 with Toastman's build.

i guess I miss that point, I though the static ip need to be set in the dd-drt control panel, i did that before flash
what should I do now? the router is alive but control panel is not accessible
    any advice?
    thanks guys
