Linux unable to access DHCP...

    Hi all,

I'm having problems with my linksys befw11s4 v2 firmware 1.45 ... I set it up for DHCP server but for some reason I'm unable to get my linux install to get a IP addr from the DHCP or even reconise that I have one running ... It looks like it's the routers misconfiguration.

I know DHCP works bcos my box is a dual boot with WinXP & that works fine.
Any help/tips or idea's of what I need to setup or try?

N.B. I'm using an ethernet card (not wireless)... & linux detects the NIC (Intel(R) Pro/1000), also DHCP is set to 25 clients but there's only ~8 users on the network.
If I can't get net access I'm unable to install the OS... so it's not really much to do with linux config files bcos I've been through them & they seem fine.
