Low QoS Measurement HSI through Cisco DPC3008 Modem

    Been having issues with this modem intermittently disconnecting me from my HSI connection, very disruptive.
    The status modem lights show the modem in normal running mode, but still disconnecting me.
    The modem is up and running now, but not sure it is working according to specs for Comcast HSI,
    I can not find any specs for this modem anywhere. It is like a big mystery product.
    Can someone look at the Modem measurement and tell me if they are in spec.

    I need to know if something is wrong with modem and there is NO support available or info on this product.
