I followed this procedure for spinning down usb disk when not used.
    http://tomatousb.org/tut:spin-down-usb-disks-when-not-used

I'm using an Asus RT-N16 and the external drive's 2 usb
cables are plugged in. I've just got Optware installed recently.

scsi-stop /dev/sda works all the time.
When I run lsusb it doesn't show any more detail
    than the following:

    Bus 001 Device 002: ID 152d:2329
    Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002

Is there a step I missed or something else?
    Thanks.
