MAC based access restriction doesn't work for http port if transparent proxy is used

I tried setting up squid transparent proxy to solve bandwidth problem I have because of my users heavy usage. I followed this guide to setup proxy and also to redirect port 80 http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Squid_Transparent_Proxy
It worked perfectly well. The websites got loaded really fast. But it resulted in another issue. I use MAC based access restriction, and I have set it up as described in this thread http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showthread.php?t=64605
The issue is now restrictions doesn't work for port 80. Any one, whose MAC id is not registered on the router can view http pages. But apart from port 80 all other ports are blocked for non-registered users.

Is there anything I can do to make access restriction work for port 80 too if transparent proxy is used?
