I've just got my nslu2 hoping it will run Twonky.
I have unslung ( V2.3R63-uNSLUng-6.8-beta) it to a flask drive in Disk 1 position.
It's ip is set by DHCP.
Twonky (4.4.5) has been installed and runs.

All my media is on a network drive (Freecom) ip

I wish Twonky to share these files but it is unable to find any media at that location using \\fnd\ or ip.

If I connect the drive to the nslu directly using usb, Twonky finds all the media.

The downn side of this is that the drive can't be made to spin down when conneced by usb {Freecom tech supp} It also shows twice on the nslu.

I know absolutly nothing of unix\linux.

    Can anybody help?

I was hoping to map (or is that mount in linux) the drive so that I can see it in the pulldown windows in Twonky's web interface.

I need explecit instructions even for the most basic functions.
