    Hi there,

I have 2 teenage children with their own pcs, all the pcs in the house go via the WRT54GS, I was hoping to be able to save the log of sites they visit, preferably to have the router email it to an account of my choosing.

Really, All I`d like is a list of sites they visited, time and bandwidth used.

I dont think it is possible with any firware at the moment, or have I missed something?

I have absolutely no knowledge of linux, if someone was going to suggest I do something with that !

    Nige.

    Hi,

I'm searching for the same thing. I'm also looking for a way to expand the content-/URL-Filter in my WRT54GS v4 (DD-WRT 0.23b). My old Netgear RP614 did a fine job and filtered over 80 Ad-Sites and Ad-Iframes, so i didn't need any Ad-Block Plugin for my FF. :thumb:

Only 6 blocked Sites per rule with the WRT54GS are very poor...

I don's know of a way to do this with default access restrictions, etc; BUT Linksys Parental Control will keep logs of ALL websites actually visited. You can block by category, and log actual sites visited so you get a good idea of what the kiddos are doing.

The parental control service is not FLAWLESS, but it's well worth the cost.

It will also e-mail you a report (monthly I believe), or you can visit the web page anytime and download (CSV I believe).

    Cheers,
