I have successfully built the *.bin files for the dd-wrt firmware, but now i just want to compile my own software written in C, or C++. I can not for the life of me figure out what commands to run on my source files to get them to output in the MIPS binary format. I can get my stuff to compile for x86 using gcc hello.cpp
Im sure there is a way to say something like gcc -b <processor> hello.cpp
and make it output in the MIPS binary format. Any help would be great.

I have the toolchain installed that is on the dd-wrt site and it is running on a debian hard disk install (M$ Virtual PC).

    TIA
