    Hi All,

I have a wireless network set up at a motel that I work at. The chain has recently changed it's standards and now they require that I present the guest with a “Terms of Use†that the guest must accept prior to being permitted to use the network. Is there an aftermarket firmware option that I could use to do this. I know some of them have options for a splash screen but would I be able to have some sort of accept/decline button on that screen?

    Thanks for the help.

Just some info about the network:
It consists of 3 WRT54G's connected via ethernet. 1 is connected to the modem and a computer in the lobby via ethernet, the other 2 are connected to that one via ethernet. Everything runs on stock firmware. The three routers operate on channels 1,6,11 and each one has the same ssid. AP isolation is turned on for each router and dhcp is turned off for the 2 serving as ap's.

Have a search for "captive portal", depending on WRT54G this can be enabled using dd-wrt etc, but an old PC with a couple of network cards would also be able to do decent logging and much more sophisticated filtering - I'm sure there are some single CD Linux distros that are almost pre-configured...

I've never used it, but I've heard mention of ChilliSpot, which is an open-source implementation of a captive portal. It is available for DD-WRT and OpenWRT.
