MSN Messenger and WRT54G ?

Did anyone manage to use all Messenger features (file transfers, audio and video) when connected behind a WRT54G ?
I've tried everything I could think about (all firmwares I could get with and without uPNP/firewall/DMZ...) and didn't get much success (I can receive video and sound but cannot send).

Thanx a lot in advance !

    I haven't experienced any problem.

Has your Messenger detected the UPnP? Tools > Options; at the bottom of the Connection tab.

It does not seem to (says something about non-uPNP NAT).
I didn't mention I'm under Windows98 : no native uPNP stuff AFAIK, but I installed it.
Maybe I don't use the right firmware for the WRT54G (I read about buggy uPNP support in some firmwares). Which one are you using ?

UPnP has always worked on my WRT54G regardless of firmware, but with a tiny bit of coaxing - enable UPnP before configuring my ADSL connection.

98 does not include UPnP, so probably doesn't help Messenger with detecting the UPnP router. Interestingly, it can be added to the OS, see the 1st paragraph, 2nd sentence under the section Symptoms in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315000 for a very brief description.
