Howdy, posted something like this awhile back on the DD-WRT board. The best response there was along the lines of "iptables", but alas my knowledge wasn't quite up to the task.

Have no trouble using multiple wired AP's with a single SSID, but have never gotten the guest SSID (on its own VLAN) to pass traffic (DHCP or otherwise) from the primary router to the other AP's.

I can see how "out of the box" DHCP wouldn't work as that uses broadcast, and the whole point of VLAN's is to segregate broadcast traffic.

For DHCP, several Cisco sites talk about IP Helper, but I haven't found anything showing that Tomato has that ability.

So far as other traffic goes, am not sure if it's firewall, routing, or a combination of both.

Is it possible for this to work with Tomato? If so, could one point out some example showing how it's done? Have read docs until blue in face, just not getting it. ;(

    Thanks!

Dang, I know there are many more builds out there, but totally forgot to include Merlin in the poll. Sorry!

Getting awfully bumpy in here. Does anyone have an idea of how to do this?
