Multiple VPNs single endpoint RV082

    Does anyone think we might someday get the ability to create multiple VPNs that the RVs currently prevent claiming to have a conflicting remote subnet? If you have internally routed subnets besides the primary subnet or want to create certain star configs you can't save these tunnels. The RV will claim that a remote subnet conflicts with another tunnel profile. Even though the local subnet is different (because of the internal route) and IPSEC legal the RV won't let you save the new profile.

    Sometimes you can't create a subnet spec that covers all the intended subnets. Multiple tunnels is a proper way to accomplish this but the interface won't let you do it. As long as both subnets don't conflict it should be allowed.

    I have not played with it in quite sometime but i had a wrv acting as a single endpoint for 2 tunnels without any issues.

    Using the same remote subnet on both (with different local subnets) or both tunnels going to the same remote endpoint? The RVs won't let you. I have no problem setting up 6 or more tunnels as long as the remote subnets are all different and the local nets are all the same.

    You can't do this:
    A-192.168.1.0->B-192.168.2.0
    A-192.168.5.0->B-192.168.2.0

    you can do this on the B router but not on A. a plain linux firewall can do it.
