My WPS54GU2 stop always on heavy traffic

I am using WPS54GU2 wireless print server and WRT54G wireless router.
There are 11 computers using these 2 printers connected to the WPS54GU2 Print Server (One notebook on wireless and10 Desktops wired to both WRT54G router and another wired Hub
I use the WRT54G as a DHCP Server but not for the WPS54GU2 print server WRT54G DHCP Server (The DHCP Server will start with the number 192.168.0.10 but the print server IP number is 192.168.0.8). Every time when I test the printer from any of the computers everything working fine and there is no problem at all. But as soon as there are almost all the computers are in use (and some of them will be using the printers) then often the LED´s on the Print Server will start blinks and go of (only the LED for the Status seems always on) and then the printers stop printing and the only way to get it on again is to restart the print server. I have tried to find out why this happen but still haven’t found the reason. I have updated the Firmware on both the Print Server and the Router (the print server with the same as it was because there is no new Firmware for it) but there is no change and everything like before.
Now the firmware for the Print Server is 6032 and for the router the Firmware is v4.30.1, HyperWRT 2.1b1 +tofu11. It seems to be that when there is not so much traffic on the system (and to the printers) then everything seems to be ok, but as soon as there are many peoples using the computers, then the problems starts. Now I have unplugged the one of the printer from the Print server and have it connected to my notebook (I bought the print Server to free my notebook to be a print server for all the Desktops computers) but I still have the problem. Does anyone know what this can be?

    Thank you

I don’t know why the IP number on the print server show a smily, but I will try again. The print server ends with 8 (so it is outside the group that the DHCP Server use) print server IP is 192.168.0.8

I think I have found the answer

After spending hours and hours (Nights and Nights) trying to change some settings and surfing the internet, trying to find what is been wrong with my print server I finally think I have the answer (I will see tomorrow if it will work).
There probable nothing wrong with the server. I bought this print server used from USA and because in USA there is different voltage than in Asia and Europe, I had to buy electric transformer to use here. I did found in one shop here a transformer that I can use (220 volt to 12 volt). It was cheap to. Now after I have been trying to find what’s wrong with the print server I did decide to se if the transformer gives me the right voltage. I found out that the Transformer if it is not connected to anything then I got 16volt (almost 17volt) After I have plugged the print server to the print server the voltage drop down to less than 10 volt. And when the transformer get hot (after being on for the most of the day) then the the transformer give lover voltage. As soon as everyone need to print then the print server stop responding wirelessly and I got so many problems. I will go tomorrow to find a new transformer (with better quality) and will plugged the print server to it and see what’s happening. And then I will know for sure.
