NAS (Network Atached Storage)

    Would it be possible to add a feature like a NAS in to DD-WRT?
    For Example you could use smb to mount the HDD but have acces to read and write option that way you can drop files from other systems to that mount within the router..
    Also if thats to hard for those with a GS system we can mount a small ammount of the ram left for tranfering temporary files.
    What do you guys think?

    No is not they only have smb mount but you dont have full write or acces option you can only have a small site out of that mount.

    So how I can acces my smb from work an put files in it.
    So tell me how I can do these from the linksys?

    Not sure what you need, but you can totaly write stuff on the mounted smb drive.
    If you need to do it form somewhere outside your network, install WinSCP, connect to your router trough SSH with WinSCP, and upload whatever you want in /tmp/smbshare.

    I dont want a website I want to upload files to the share from remote location I know how to make a website and have it in the smb.
    What I am trying to do is what yHuKyM said I am going to try that out.
