NAS speed issue

Few days ago I updated my ASUS RT-N16 from 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-109 K26 USB AIO to MIPSR2-114 with full NVRAM clear. After setting up my updated router I start testing it and everything was brilliant except one thing.

I found speed issue with my NAS - GoFlex Home 2TB. It connected to the router via ethernet, and router connected to my PC via ethernet too. Before updating I was able to download torrents to NAS with maximum speed 12mbps but now speed fluctuate from 6mbps to 8mbps, most time it is 7mbps. It seems that something limits speed.

I check router, NAS and uTorrent settings twice but doesn't find anything that can affect transfer speed. No any QOS, bandwitch limits etc, UPnP/NAT-PMP is active. When I tries to download torrents directly to my PC speed is normal (12mbps), so source of problem is definitely in router, I think, not in NAS.

Can anybody give me a right way to solve this problem or some advices to search source of the problem? I can make screenshots of my router settings.
