NAS200: web code

    Does anyone know how i can write to /home/httpd/html/ ? It says its a read only file/directory.

    The root file system on the NAS200 is a SquashFS file system. SquashFS is always read-only and cannot be made (or remounted) read-write.

    The only way to make changes is to rebuild it as part of the firmware rebuild process.

    Alternatively, if you run Jac2b you can copy the entire tree to the hard disk and write a script that changes the web server configuration so it runs from a different directory. We recently had a thread in this forum about running your own web server, I believe that should pretty much give you the information you need.
