Need help expanding network

I have a WRT54GS router that I have connected to a cable modem with all the ethernet ports used for wired computer connection. I also use the Linksys URL blocking subscription service on THIS router.

I'm thinking of adding another WRT54G router and using third party firmware (such as Sveasoft) to expand my wireless network coverage and use the ethernet ports. This would NOT be connected to the primary router via wires and I DO NOT need the URL blocking subscription service on this router. Basically it would need to act as both a repeater and an ethernet bridge. Is this possible to do with this router and firmware? Can I make it a seperate SSID with WEP encryption to limit which computers connect wirelessly to the router without the URL blocking service? If there are any other suggestions on a better way to set it up, I'm open to possibilities. (I've already tried the Linksys Wireless Range Expander with disasterous results which prompted me to look at other options). I'd really appreciate any help you could give in this matter. Thanks very much in advance!

    Most Sincerely,
